The middle of summer is set to bring numerous team announcements for USL Division III, as the league aims to build on the four founding members already named ahead of the inaugural 2019 season.
Currently, South Georgia Tormenta FC, FC Tucson, Greenville Pro Soccer and Madison Pro Soccer have been unveiled as teams ready to compete in the new professional league. Multiple teams, including one based in the Southeast, are set to join them in the month of July.
Meanwhile, Greenville Pro Soccer hosted its first successful event over the weekend, as more than 125 people joined team executives at the Community Tap to watch Germany vs. Sweden in the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Be sure to follow Greenville and all of the USL Division III teams for information on future watch parties and events.
