TAMPA, Fla. – USL League One today announced that One Knoxville SC’s Ian Fuller has been voted the USL League One Coach of the Month for October.

Fuller earned the honor after leading his squad to victories in four of its final five games of the regular season, which saw One Knox claim the League One Players’ Shield for its first silverware in club history. Among the results was a key victory against in-state rival Chattanooga Red Wolves SC to open the month, which proved key as Knoxville ended the season with a two-point margin to the second-placed Red Wolves in the final regular season standings.

“I’m thrilled to be named Coach of the Month for October,” said Fuller. “This recognition is a reflection of the incredible effort from our players, staff, and supporters. Everyone has played their part, and we’re playing our best soccer at just the right time.”

Appointed last offseason, Fuller has moved Knoxville forward on the field in his first season as a Head Coach. One Knox allowed the fewest goals in League One in the regular season, conceding only 26 goals in 30 games, and improved in the attacking third, setting club-bests in goals, (43), shooting accuracy rate (44.3%), conversion rate (15.4%), shots on target (124) and total shots (373).

One Knox is now bidding to reach the USL League One Final for the first time in its history. The side will host FC Naples in the Semifinals of the 2025 USL League One Playoffs presented by Terminix on Saturday night at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN+.

Fuller earned the award with 83% of the ballot. South Georgia Tormenta FC’s Mark McKeever finished second with 17% of the ballot after leading his side to an undefeated month that saw Tormenta win four of five games to earn a place in the USL League One Playoffs presented by Terminix.

Fuller was selected as League One's Coach of the Month by the USL League One Technical Committee.
