TAMPA, Fla. – USL League One today announced that Union Omaha midfielder Sergio Ors Navarro has been voted USL League One Player of the Month presented by Konami eFootball with six goal contributions across 229 minutes. The 24-year-old is the eighth first-year professional to be voted Player of the Month since the league's inception in 2019.

The former West Virginia University star scored five goals and added one assist to help the defending champions to an undefeated 3-0-2 month. The reigning Sun Belt Player of the Year and United Soccer Coaches National Scholar Athlete of the Year set a league record by completing back-to-back braces in 17 regular time minutes, finishing the month with 14 duels won, seven recoveries and five shots on target across 229 minutes.

"We have a great group of players and staff who are committed, hardworking, and confident in what we can achieve together," Ors Navarro said. "I'm just very happy to be able to help the team with some goals, and very excited to finish the season strong so that we can hopefully get a home playoff game."

Ors Navarro received 43% of a weighted poll that included the USL League One Technical Committee and an online fan vote held at USLLeagueOne.com. South Georgia Tormenta FC forward Niall Reid-Stephen finished second on 38% with three goals and four assists, while Spokane Velocity FC forward Neco Brett finished third on 11% with three goals and one assist.
