TAMPA, Fla. – USL League One today announced the Team of the Week for Week 30 of the 2025 regular season, with South Georgia Tormenta FC forward Niall Reid-Stephen named Player of the Week presented by Konami eFootball with a brace and an assist.
With three goal contributions in a 4-2 victory against the visiting Richmond Kickers, Reid-Stephen helped South Georgia set a new professional-era record with its fifth consecutive victory. The Barbados international and first-year Ibis scored in either half and assisted Taylor Gray's match-winning goal. Notably, the 24-year-old matched the all-time league record with six shots on target in a single match.
GK - Cole Jensen, Union Omaha: The 24-year-old Council Bluffs, Iowa native recorded his second consecutive clean sheet for the Owls, making five saves in Omaha's 3-0 victory against first-place Chattanooga. Jensen also registered nine recoveries, completed 76% of his passes and won all three of his duels.
D - Jaheim Brown, One Knoxville SC: Brown bagged the match-winning goal against Charlotte on Friday, helping Knoxville clinch a postseason berth for the second consecutive season. The 23-year-old Jamaican also completed 70% of his passes, recorded four recoveries and added three interceptions.
D - Julian Cisneros, FC Naples: The first-year professional scored his fifth goal of the season in Naples' 4-0 victory against Antelope Valley. Cisneros added a 75% passing accuracy rate, six duels won and three clearances.
D - Camron Miller, Spokane Velocity FC: Despite the loss, Miller was productive for Spokane in Week 30. The 26-year-old won 12 duels, completed 80% of his passes, connected on four long balls, registered four clearances, reeled in four recoveries, won three tackles and earned three fouls.
M - Abel Caputo, One Knoxville SC: Caputo provided the assist on Jaheim Brown's match-winning goal against Charlotte on Friday. The 24-year-old Venezuelan also completed 91% of his passes, reeled in nine recoveries, won eight duels, won three tackles and completed both of his dribbles.
M - Darwin Espinal, Richmond Kickers: The first-year Kicker recorded an assist in Richmond's loss at South Georgia. The 30-year-old also completed 68% of his passes, won four duels, added three recoveries and connected on two long passes.
M - Chapa Herrera, Greenville Triumph SC: Herrera scored the winner against Spokane, finishing with an 88% passing accuracy rate, three recoveries, three duels won and two clearances.
M - Kevin O'Connor, FC Naples: O'Connor registered three goal contributions in a single match for the second time in his 11-year professional career, providing a goal and two assists in Naples' lopsided victory against Antelope Valley. The 30-year-old completed 82% of his passes, won five duels, created four total chances and totaled four recoveries.
M - Ollie Wright, Portland Hearts of Pine: Wright provided the assist on Nathan Messer's match-winning score against Texoma on Saturday. The 26-year-old also completed 75% of his passes, added seven recoveries, created four total chances and won four duels.
F - Derek Gebhard, Forward Madison FC: Madison's all-time leading scorer netted an early winner, helping the 'Mingos down Westchester on the road, 1-0. The veteran forward also completed 80% of his passes, won four duels, picked up a pair of fouls and placed both of his shots on target.
F - Niall Reid-Stephen, South Georgia Tormenta FC: The Barbados international tallied three goal contributions in a single match for the first time in his young professional career, scoring twice and adding an assist in South Georgia's victory against Richmond. Reid-Stephen completed 85% of his passes, placed six shots on target, created four total chances, added three recoveries and won three duels.
Coach – Vincenzo Candela, Union Omaha: Candela stretched Omaha's unbeaten streak to seven consecutive matches, leading his side to a 3-0 road drubbing against first-place Chattanooga.
