TAMPA, Fla. – The Quarterfinals of the 2025 USL Jägermeister Cup were set on Saturday night after a thrilling night of coast-to-coast action determined the eight teams who will advance for A Shot at Glory as the knockout stage kicks off in August.

Greenville Triumph SC rallied to victory to jump into first place in Group 6 and will be the lone USL League One representative in the Quarterfinals. Sacramento Republic FC, San Antonio FC, Indy Eleven, Rhode Island FC and Loudoun United FC also advanced as group winners, while Birmingham Legion and Hartford Athletic earned the two wild cards, with Hartford edging out Louisville City and Las Vegas Lights FC on goals scored as all three teams ended on nine points.

The 2025 USL Jägermeister Cup Final is scheduled for Saturday, October 4.

Group 1
Sacramento Republic FC took first place in the group after its 1-0 victory against Spokane Velocity FC combined with Monterey Bay FC’s 2-1 defeat against AV ALTA FC allowed Republic FC to jump past Las Vegas Lights FC on the head-to-head tiebreaker. Republic FC got an early goal by Michel Benitez to win at ONE Spokane Stadium before being helped by Antelope Valley’s victory on goals by Osvaldo Lay and Adam Aoumaich.

Group 2
San Antonio FC earned first place in the group but was forced to hold on for a 2-2 draw against New Mexico United as the visitors scored twice in second-half stoppage time to threaten to usurp SAFC at Toyota Field before taking a 3-0 victory in the penalty shootout. Juan Agudelo’s pair of goals early in either half proved enough for the hosts in the end.

Group 3
Indy Eleven cruised to first place in the group with a 2-1 victory against FC Tulsa that included a goal for Jamaican international Romario Williams at Michael A. Carroll Stadium. Birmingham Legion FC also claimed all three points in a 2-1 win against Forward Madison FC with Sebastián Saucedo scoring the winner with nine minutes to go to send Legion into the knockout stage as a wild card with 10 points.

Group 4
Rhode Island FC and Hartford Athletic played an epic 2-2 draw at Centreville Bank Stadium that saw both teams hold the lead before Hartford took a 4-3 victory in the penalty shootout to gain the bonus point. The draw was enough for RIFC to remain first in the group, but the bonus point after Adrian Diz Pe’s late equalizer sent Hartford through as a wild card with nine goals in the group stage, one ahead of Louisville City.

Group 5
Loudoun United FC earned top spot in the group after holding on down to 10 players in a 1-1 draw against North Carolina FC, which proved enough to keep United ahead of both Louisville City FC and the Charlotte Independence on head-to-head tiebreakers with all three teams on nine points despite Loudoun falling in the ensuing penalty shootout. LouCity narrowly missed out on a wild card, sitting one goal behind Hartford Athletic in the first tiebreaker.

Group 6
Greenville Triumph SC advanced as group winner after a wild night of action that saw Triumph rally from an early deficit to take a 2-1 victory against FC Naples behind goals from Leo Castro and Chevone Marsh. The win jumped Triumph past the Tampa Bay Rowdies, who fell 2-1 on the road to the Charleston Battery, and ensured there will be USL League One representation in the knockout stage.
