Discipline Report – Week 18

The following is USL League One's discipline report for Week 18 of the 2025 regular season.

Texoma FC head coach Adrian Forbes has been suspended for one match following his red card for two cautionable offenses in the regular season match against the Charlotte Independence on June 21. Forbes will be unavailable for Texoma's regular season contest against Spokane Velocity FC on Wednesday, July 2.

NEWS & NOTES

CHANGING OF THE GUARD?

As USL League One continues its rapid expansion across the country, the parity amongst clubs has remained consistent. For the first time in league history, no former champions sit above the playoff line and multiple expansion clubs are in a postseason position as we enter July.

Teams in playoff position entering July*:

  • 2025: 0/3 former champions, 3/5 expansion clubs
  • 2024: 3/3 former champions, 1/1 expansion clubs
  • 2023: 1/3 former champions, 0/2 expansion clubs
  • 2022: 2/2 former champions, 1/3 expansion clubs
  • 2021: 1/2 former champions, 0/1 expansion clubs

* - Excludes COVID-19-shortened 2020 season, inaugural 2019 season

FIVE FOR FIVE

The Red Wolves are off to their best start to a regular season since 2021, and Pedro Hernandez has played a huge part in Chattanooga's early-season success. The longtime Red Wolf has scored in each of his last five league matches, becoming just the fourth player in League One history to achieve that feat.

Consecutive USL League One matches with goals, single season:

  • Emiliano Terzaghi (RIC/2020) - 7
  • Pedro Hernandez (CHA/2025) - 5
  • Azaad Liadi (TRM/2021) - 5
  • Marco Micaletto (TRM/2021) - 5
  • Darwin Espinal (RIC/2025) - 4

SOLID SPOKANE STREAK

After climbing to the top of the USL League One table for the first time in club history back on May 4, Spokane Velocity FC has continued to extend its record-breaking start to the season. Last season's finalists have become just the eighth team in league history to string together an unbeaten streak of 10 matches or more. Additionally, no team that has achieved that feat has failed to make the playoffs that season.

Longest regular season unbeaten streak in league history, single season:

  • 15 - Chattanooga (2021)
  • 14 - Omaha (2023)
  • 12 - Northern Colorado (2023)
  • 12 - Lansing (2019)
  • 11 - Spokane (2025)
  • 11 - Omaha (2022)
  • 10 - North Carolina (2023)
  • 10 - Omaha (2021)
