Pierre Reedy's three goal contributions lead Spokane to top of table for first time

TAMPA, Fla. – USL League One today announced the Team of the Week for Week 9 of the 2025 regular season, with Spokane Velocity FC midfielder Pierre Reedy named Player of the Week presented by Konami eFootball with a goal and two assists.

Reedy led Spokane to a 3-1 comeback victory against Westchester SC on Sunday, bagging the equalizing goal in the 44th minute before dishing out a pair of assists to Anuar Peláez and Ish Jome in the 49th and 63rd minutes, respectively.

With the first three-goal-contribution match of his professional career, Reedy simultaneously became the first player in Velocity FC history to tally three goal contributions in a single match, subsequently leading Spokane to the top of the League One table for the first time in club history.

"I just had a lot of pressure relieved after that goal, because it felt like I was trying so hard to finally get one," Reedy said. "Not the prettiest goal, but I got it over the line, and I was happy, got us back in the game.

"I'm really happy to win the award this week. It's a testament to the guys around me, and I hope to continue putting in good performances to help the team moving forward."
