Former Netherlands youth international Mink Peeters heads to Westchester

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. - Westchester SC today announced the signing of 26-year-old Dutch winger Mink Peeters, pending league and federation approval. The former PSV, AFC Ajax and Real Madrid CF academy product made 19 appearances with the Netherlands youth national teams.

With Real Madrid's U-19 team, Peeters made four appearances in the UEFA Youth League between 2014-17. In the 2016–17 UEFA Youth League, Peeters helped Real Madrid to the Semifinals, notably recording a second-half brace against AS Monaco in the Round of 16.

After his time in the PSV, Ajax and Real Madrid academies between 2007-17, Peeters spent time with Real Madrid Castilla between 2017-19. He was sent on a trio of loans during his time with Real Madrid's reserve team, joining the Eredivisie side VVV-Venlo (2017-18), second-division Dutch side Almere City FC (2018) and third-division Spanish side Lleida CF (2018). During his time with the trio, Peeters made 12 appearances and recorded five goal contributions across league and cup play.

Between 2019 and 2025, Peeters appeared for four different clubs in four different countries: FK Čukarički in Serbia (2019-20), FC Volendam in the Netherlands (2020-21), Gulf United FC in the UAE (2022-23) and SV Lafnitz in Austria (2024-25).

At the international level, the Nijmegen, Netherlands native made 19 appearances with the Netherlands youth national teams between 2013-17.
