LANCASTER, Calif. - AV ALTA FC today announced the signing of 23-year-old Haitian midfielder Jerry Desdunes, pending league and federation approval.

Desdunes developed in Georgia with UPSL side Kalonji Soccer Academy and USL League Two side Peachtree City MOBA before turning professional in 2021. Desdunes made his professional debut in NISA with Albion San Diego in 2021, totaling 18 appearances and one goal.

Desdunes joined USL League One side Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC ahead of its inaugural 2022 campaign. The Haitian went on to make 28 appearances and record five goal contributions across all competitions. Notably, Desdunes scored the first goal in Hailstorm history, an extra-time winner against USL Championship side Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC in the 2022 U.S. Open Cup.

Recently, Desdunes appeared with USL League Two side Ventura County Fusion in 2023.
