NAPLES, Fla. – FC Naples announced the signing of 22-year-old forward Justin Weiss to his first professional contract, pending league and federation approval.
The Syosset, N.Y. native developed in the New York Red Bulls Academy before starting his collegiate career at Colgate University during the 2020-21 season. For the next three seasons, Weiss played at Northwestern University, earning a pair of All-Big Ten First Team honors in 2021 and 2023.
In 2024, Weiss concluded his collegiate career with fellow Big Ten school, Indiana University, helping the Hoosiers to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.
"Justin has had an excellent college career. Playing at one of the top programs in the country. He has shown his ability to score goals and be a threat in the box. We are excited for him to start his professional career with us," stated Naples Head Coach Matt Poland.
