GREENVILLE, S.C. - Greenville Triumph SC today announced the signing of 30-year-old Jamaican midfielder Chevone Marsh, pending league and federation approval.

The Kingston, Jamaica native began his career in the youth ranks of Jamaica Premier League side Cavalier FC in 2009 before joining the first team in 2012. Marsh was a member of Cavalier FC from 2012 to 2020 and totaled 24 goals in 97 appearances.

Marsh was sent out on a pair of loan stints, first to USL League Two side Ventura County Fusion (2015) and then to second-division Finnish side Kokkolan Palloveikot (2016-17).

Between 2021 and 2022, Marsh spent time in Costa Rica with ADR Jicaral, Santos de Guápiles FC and AD Cariari Pococí and in El Salvador with AD Chalatenango.

Marsh moved to the United States in 2023 and signed with USL League One side Chattanooga Red Wolves SC. Through 62 appearances with the Red Wolves across all competitions, Marsh scored 20 goals.

In Greenville, Marsh will reunite with former Chattanooga teammate Ropapa Mensah. With 12 goals apiece in 2023, the pair combined for 24 regular season goals which is tied for the third most among a pair of teammates in a single League One season.

A former Jamaica international, Marsh made five appearances in international friendly competition with the Reggae Boyz between 2018 and 2020.
