2 Union Omaha
(2-0-1)
Week 7: T v CLT

Last Week: 2
Average Ranking: 2
The Owls - still undefeated - were held scoreless in league play for the first time this season against Charlotte. Still, the Players’ Shield holders are one of two clubs (Madison) yet to lose in league play.
3 One Knoxville SC
(3-1-0)
Week 7: ---

Last Week: 3
Average Ranking: 4
After a record-breaking start to the season that was followed up by a narrow loss to Omaha, Knoxville had a week off to prepare for the fifth unique competition it’s participated in as a club in its three-year history.
4 Charlotte Independence
(2-1-1)
Week 7: T @ OMA

Last Week: 4
Average Ranking: 5
The Jacks were held scoreless for the first time in league play this season against Omaha, but they still lead the league in goal differential minus expected goal differential (3.86) and points won above expected (3.4), per American Soccer Analysis.
5 Spokane Velocity FC
(3-2-1)
Week 7: W @ RIC
2
Last Week: 7
Average Ranking: 8
Velocity FC and Head Coach Leigh Veidman continue to defy expectations - as illustrated in their recent Team of the Week dominance. Spokane will introduce the nation to its newest cup competition, as ONE Spokane Stadium will host the first-ever USL Jägermeister Cup match.
6 Forward Madison FC
(1-0-3)
Week 7: ---
1
Last Week: 5
Average Ranking: 5
Still undefeated in league play yet slightly performing below expectations, the ‘Mingos should feel confident as they kick off their participation in the USL Jägermeister Cup this weekend.
7 South Georgia Tormenta FC
(2-3-1)
Week 7: L v GVL
1
Last Week: 6
Average Ranking: 9
Following a massive victory in Miami in U.S. Open Cup play, it wasn’t a pretty outing in Statesboro last week for the Ibises as they were handled by Peach States Derby rivals Greenville.
8 Richmond Kickers
(1-3-1)
Week 7: L v SPK

Last Week: 8
Average Ranking: 10
Despite its dominance against Spokane last week, Richmond faced an unfortunate 2-0 loss to the newcomers. Richmond’s 11 goals conceded on the season - second most in the league - have held the Kickers back.
9 Lexington SC
(1-3-2)
Week 7: ---

Last Week: 9
Average Ranking: 6
Draws are technically better than losses, but Lexington must figure things out in a hurry. Friday’s acquisition of former Fuego FC standout Alexis Cerritos should help in those efforts.
10 Chattanooga Red Wolves SC
(1-1-1)
Week 7: T v NCO
1
Last Week: 11
Average Ranking: 10
The Red Wolves almost certainly had confirmed victory against the Hailstorm if not for a late Ethan Hoard equalizer nearly 100 minutes into the match. Chattanooga will be eager to bounce back as it hosts Smoky Mountain Smackdown rival Knoxville.
11 Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC
(0-2-2)
Week 7: T @ CHA
1
Last Week: 10
Average Ranking: 6
Entering their third competition of the season this weekend, the Hailstorm will seek their third win of the season after jumping out to a lackluster start in their third season. Northern Colorado have scored the fewest goals in league play this season (2).
12 Central Valley Fuego FC
(1-4-0)
Week 7: ---

Last Week: 12
Average Ranking: 11
Fuego FC won’t be able to snap its four-match League One losing streak as they kick off the first-ever USL Jägermeister Cup match in Spokane, but Jermaine Jones’ side will have the opportunity to start a new competition on the right foot.
