WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC today announced that Trinidad and Tobago international Noah Powder has been re-signed for 2024, pending league and federation approval.

Powder joined the Hailstorm in June and played in 20 matches across all competitions last season. He scored three goals and provided five assists, which tied for second on the team.

"We knew he had quality when he came in, but it took him a couple months to really get going. Once he did, he was fantastic, took us up another level," Hailstorm Head Coach Éamon Zayed said.

Powder has won the USL Championship twice (New York Red Bulls II, 2016; Real Monarchs, 2019) and USL Championship Players' Shield once (New York Red Bulls II, 2016) during his eight-year professional career. A product of the New York Red Bulls Academy, Powder has made 157 professional appearances and contributed with 16 goals and 16 assists during his time with New York Red Bulls II (2016-17), Orange County SC (2018), Real Salt Lake and Real Monarchs (2019-21), Indy Eleven (2022), FC Tulsa (2022) and Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC (2023).

A former Trinidad and Tobago youth international, Powder has made 19 appearances for the Soca Warriors' senior national team since his debut in a friendly against the United States in Feb. 2021.

"Become a champion. That should be the goal for all of us," Powder said.
