TAMPA, Fla. - Following the First Round of the 2023 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, all USL League One and USL Championship clubs now know the details of their opening matchups in the 108th edition of the historic tournament.

Aside from Madison, Charlotte and Richmond, the nine remaining League One clubs will face USL Championship opposition. Eight of the league's 12 clubs will also open their tournament run at home.

League One expansion sides One Knoxville SC and Lexington SC drew eye-catching intrastate matchups against a pair of USL Championship powers. Knoxville host Memphis 901 FC and Lexington travel to Louisville City FC.

Elsewhere, North Carolina will travel to Segra Field to face Loudoun United FC in the latter's inaugural U.S. Open Cup entry, Chattanooga will welcome Tyler Pasher and Birmingham Legion FC to the Den, South Georgia will host former Red Wolves goalscorer Juan Galindrez and Rio Grande Valley FC, and Union Omaha will aim to replicate its 2022 U.S. Open Cup success as it hosts El Paso Locomotive FC.

Out West, Northern Colorado will look to top Colorado Springs in the U.S. Open Cup for the second consecutive year, Monterey Bay F.C. will travel into the Central Valley to take on Fuego FC for the first time, and Greenville Triumph SC will embark on the lengthiest trip of the Second Round as it travels to Arizona to face Phoenix Rising FC.

Four of League One's 12 Second Round matches will be streamed simultaneously on the Bleacher Report app and B/R Football YouTube channel. The remaining eight contests will be able to utilize individual Teamcasts, and details will be finalized in the coming weeks.
