GREENVILLE, S.C. - Greenville Triumph SC today announced the signing of midfielder Devin Boyce, pending league and federation approval. The former Union Omaha and League One All-League Second Team midfielder returns to the league after spending the 2022 season in the USL Championship with Memphis 901 FC.

While in Memphis, Boyce saw action in 16 matches for 289 minutes last season. Prior to his season in the Championship, Boyce became Union Omaha’s all-time club leader in appearances and assists, leading Omaha to the 2021 League One title with 29 matches played, five goals, nine assists and 2,204 minutes logged during the run.

“We’re thrilled to add a quality player like Devin to our Triumph SC family. He is a great dribbler and can create on the pass, but also possesses the defensive mentality to defend and recover the ball”, said Head Coach John Harkes. “A true competitor and winner; he has always been a player that we have admired and now are excited to have.”

An alumnus of Saint Louis University, Boyce measured 32 starts, nine goals, seven assists and 2,612 total minutes in two years. He was named Second Team All-Conference and First Team All-Conference in his senior and junior seasons, while also being named USC NCAA DI Second-team All-Southeast Region. A St. Louis native, Boyce spent his early college career at the University of New Mexico before returning home to play for the Billikens. While at UNM, he appeared in 39 matches for 2,933 minutes.
