TAMPA, Fla. – Union Omaha's Kevin Piedrahita claimed the USL League One Fans' Choice Save of the Month award for September presented by SELECT. Piedrahita claims the honor for the second consecutive month.

As Northern Colorado's Trevor Amann looked to open the scoring just five minutes in, Piedrahita denied the long-distance chance to keep things scoreless early on.

Piedrahita's save earned 48% of the vote conducted at USLLeagueOne.com. Chattanooga's Carlos Avilez finished in second place on 30% for his quick reaction to a low Madison sho on Sept. 10, while Richmond's Akira Fitzgerald finished third on 13% with his leaping denial against South Georgia on Sept. 7.
