On Wednesday night, Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC (2-2-2, 10th) will become the seventh-ever Colorado-based men's professional soccer team to take the field in the Centennial State as the Hailstorm welcome North Carolina FC (4-3-1, 3rd) to Jackson Stadium for their long-awaited home opener. Coming off a three-match May, the Hailstorm are on a two-match unbeaten run and can potentially end Week 11 on the top of the table with a pair of wins this week. For North Carolina FC, John Bradford's side accumulated the most points in the league over the past month and will aim to extend its two-match win streak and avenge an early-season loss to Northern Colorado in Cary. A win by NCFC in Greeley would position the club at the top of the table heading into Saturday's five-match League One slate.
NCO - Irvin Parra: Looking for his first goal in nearly a month, Parra has three League One goals on the year and is third in the league with an expected goals plus expected assists mark of 4.10.
NC - Garrett McLaughlin: With Oalex Anderson absent due to international duty, the league's leading scorer will need to convert on his chances against a relatively strong defensive unit.
