Greenville Triumph SC (0-2-1, 11th) will hope to earn its first league win of the year and extend its seven-match unbeaten run against Chattanooga Red Wolves SC (2-1-1, 2nd) while the visitors will look to avenge its 2021 USL League One Semifinals loss in Greenville.

The Red Wolves have started the season strong with a pair of key victories over North Carolina FC and the Richmond Kickers but are coming off a tough, last-minute defeat courtesy of FC Tucson. Greenville's winless start to the season may be tough to escape as Triumph SC host the red-hot Red Wolves and then travel to meet Fuego FC once again in the expansion side's home opener.
