TAMPA, Fla. and STATESBORO, Ga. - Following a review by an Independent Review Panel, South Georgia Tormenta FC’s appeal to rescind the red card shown to Joshua Phelps in the 73rd minute of the club's USL League One match against Union Omaha on April 16 has been supported. Phelps is now available for selection to play in Tormenta FC’s next League One match.
