A back-and-forth battle ended all square in South Carolina

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Greenville Triumph SC and FC Tucson battled to a thrilling 3-3 draw on Sunday night at Legacy Early College.

A frenetic first half saw both sides score twice, with one each from the penalty spot. Charlie Dennis gave the visitors an early lead only for Aaron Walker to equalize moments later, and both midfielders would bag a brace before halftime.

Walker put Greenville ahead in the 34th minute, but Dennis brought Tucson back level in the 41st. The Englishman then completed his hat trick in the 61st minute, heading home a corner kick to put Tucson in front once again.

The game featured one last late twist though, as Nico Brown pounced on a loose ball in the box to score his first goal for Greenville at a very opportune time.

Both teams are back in action on the road next Saturday, with Greenville traveling to Forward Madison FC and Tucson taking on Union Omaha.
