TAMPA, Fla. – Over USL League One’s first two seasons, Greenville Triumph SC’s Dallas Jaye has set the standard for goalkeeping in the league.
On Wednesday, the Guam international was for a second consecutive season voted the league’s Goalkeeper of the Year after a campaign that saw him raise his performance to a higher level statistically while leading Greenville to its first league title.
Playing every minute of the regular season, Jaye posted a 0.69 goals-against average to earn his second consecutive League One Golden Glove, and raised his save percentage to 74.4 percent as he recorded 32 saves in 16 games while marshalling the best defense in League One.
