RICHMOND, Va. – (Thursday, July 9, 2020) – The Richmond Kickers continue the new live feature, Déjà Roo, presented by Absolute Stone Design this Saturday night at 6:30 p.m. This series looks back at matches in Kickers history to bring fans unique content and activate our loyal partnerships. This special episode will feature the hosts of the RiverCity93 podcast. Catch the broadcast live on the Kickers Facebook and Twitter pages. Fans can ask questions throughout the match in the broadcast chats.
This week’s Déjà Roo takes a look back at a historic match, where the Kickers hosted Crystal Palace of the English Premier League. The match was played at City Stadium on July 28 and was the first time a Premier League team had played in the commonwealth of Virginia.
During the match, Kickers Manager of Digital Content, Nathan Heintschel will be joined by Elliot Barr and Chenier Durand II, the hosts of the RiverCity93 podcast. RiverCity93 launched in 2019 covering all things Richmond Kickers from USL League One. The podcast focuses on game analysis, interviews with players and front office personnel, club history, and much more!
