On this edition of the show, we're celebrating Black History Month by talking to Kyle Carr and April Kigeya, two of the founders of the Featherstone Flamingos. Kyle and April talk us through Featherstone's mission and what it's doing right now for Black History Month.

Next, we've got two exclusive player interviews to bring you. First, center back Jalen Crisler walks us through his soccer journey, from growing up in Washington to standing out at Forward Madison's invite combine. After that, Eli Lockaby comes on the show for his first interview as a Flamingo. Eli tells us about what it was like to play at Breese Stevens Field last year as a member of the Richmond Kickers.
