Greenville Triumph SC has signed midfielder Colin Stripling, the club announced Monday afternoon. Stripling made five starts and played 520 minutes for FC Tucson during the 2019 season. 

"We're happy to add the quality of Colin to our roster," said Triumph Head Coach John Harkes. "He's a dynamic midfielder that has a clean first touch and awareness, and he's got great character. He will strengthen our team."

Prior to joining the professional ranks, Stripling was a stand-out midfielder at Monmouth University. The New Jersey native scored 15 goals and tallied nine assists during his four-year career at Monmouth. 

Stripling joins Brandon Fricke as the two newcomers on the Triumph’s current 2020 roster. The roster also includes 10 players returning from Greenville’s title contending 2019 squad.
